We ensure seamless claim reimbursement processes, including employer and candidate registration, return & claim filing, paperwork, and other legal statutory compliances on time.
NAPS - The National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS), launched on August 19, 2016, by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), promotes apprenticeship training in India. It is a sub-component of the Skill India Program, alongside Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY). There are 4 compliances under the Apprentice Act 1961.

Employer Benefits
- Get claim reimbursement Rs. 1500 to 4500 per trainee per month.
- Exemption in Statutory compliance PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity.
- CSR benefit.
Employer Eligibility
- Establishment should have 30 or more employees.
- Establishment should have PF & ESI registration.
Candidates Eligible for Apprenticeship.
- Age 18 to 35 Years.
- 5th to 12th for NAPS & Flexi, Diploma, Graduate for NATS.
- No PF contribution in previous company.
- Bank account linked with Aadhaar.
- Aadhaar, Photo, Cheque/Passbook.

Documents Required for Company Registration under NAPS/NATS.
- COI of Establishment, PAN Card, GST Certificate.
- Crop JPG File of Head HR/Director Signature and Stamp.
- Total Manpower (Contractual and Permanent).
- Establishment address proof.

Get Claim Reimbursement up to 4500
Company Responsibilities.
- Provide candidate documents for registration to Cogent Solutions.
- Provide on-the-job training at the workplace.
- Provide monthly attendance & payment data to Cogent Solutions.
- Payment of prescribed stipend to apprentices through Govt. portal.
- Facilities like shoes, uniform, insurance, transportation, canteen, accommodation, WC policy.

Cogent Solutions Responsibilities.
- Registration of candidates.
- Generate apprentice contract on behalf of the establishment.
- Furnish all returns on the portal on behalf of the establishment.
- Submit reimbursement claims on behalf of the establishment.
- Ensure compliance & assessment examinations as required.
- Assist the establishment in conducting assessments and issuing certificates.
